NPD Strategic Sourcing Professional

The NPD Strategic Sourcing Professional is a key member of the Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier development, and cost optimization for new product development (NPD) programs. This role partners cross-functionally with engineering and operations to accelerate new product launches and build a world-class, scalable supply chain. The position requires extensive experience in high-precision industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or automation, and a proven ability to influence design-for-manufacturability and cost.
