Job Description:

• Implement and communicate procedures in compliance with EU GMP/GCP guidelines.
• Work in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
• Support the Archivist for the FRA Depot.
• Receive pharmaceutical products in accordance with company procedures.
• Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of shipment requests.
• Create inventory pick lists within the Depot Inventory Management System.
• Physically pick supplies and materials from within the depot.
• Inspect products picked for shipment by other associates.
• Prepare export documentation for shipments.
• Process shipment acknowledgment receipts.
• File and maintain shipment documentation.
• Send post-shipment notifications to clients.
• Perform stock control activities, including periodic cycle counts.
• Carry out labeling activities in accordance with GCP-V and internal guidelines.
• Prepare and process destruction documentation and perform physical collection of materials for destruction.
• Condition, clean, and manage inventory of validated shipper boxes.
• Respond to CMS alarms.
• Handle LN₂ cryogenic freezer products, including receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Line Manager or Depot Manager.
