Job Description
Overview:
- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions to guide adolescences to young adults in their transition to the workforce, offering support in job readiness, career development, and creating financial goals aligned with their professional ambitions.
- Provide individual counseling and support to community residents within the HNHF targeted neighborhoods seeking help with improving their overall financial wellness. Such support should include, but is not limited to, debt management, building savings, and credit score improvement.
- Contributes to the coordination and facilitation of the HNHF VITA Income Tax Preparation program in a way that prioritizes services for families with children who are eligible for supports like the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit.

Essential Functions:
- Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.
- Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
- Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
- Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.
Experience:
One year of program or project support, required.
