Job Description
- Identify organizational and talent gaps and people needed to execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a product area. Support leaders in the selection and development of leadership talent.
- Improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems.
- Build relationships with leaders and provide human resources (HR) guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
- Serve as an advisor within the client organization, advising leaders across countries and job families in the development of people plans.
- Prepare, support, and influence individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change to shape and deliver people plans.
