Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through tele-sales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
  • Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
  • Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
  • Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Attend any marketing events when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
  • Shift work is applicable to suit global time zone. (with daily shift allowance)
