ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (m/f) JACK & JONES – Fashion City, Larisa, Full-time

The assistant store manager reports to the Store Manager and supports him/her in the effective management of the store, improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and guaranteeing that the team fulfills its daily obligations in a positive environment.

 

Areas of responsibility:

  • Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly plans (including sales activities, floor layouts, training, orders, and promotional materials). Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring implementation
  • Co-managing work schedules ensuring fair shift rotations and adherence to deadlines
  • Capable of monitoring and analyzing KPIs  
  • Monitoring employee performance and collaborating with employees for their development
  • Engagement in conducting training to communicate the current status of seasonal and best-selling items
  • Ensuring preparation and arrangement of clothes in the sales area
  • Supporting the visual merchandising manager in maintaining store standards
  • Handling requests for exchanges, returns, and complaints
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
  • Opening/closing the store and following the end-of-day procedure
  • Supporting the team in daily business tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Εxperience in a similar position
  • Passion for fashion, trends, and sales
  • Reliability, accuracy, and focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to handle numbers
  • Knowledge of the Greek language (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is highly needed
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Organizational talent and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas
  • Empathy, initiative, and a positive attitude
