We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team in Troy! In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Location: 777 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48083

Schedule: 5 days a week; flexible scheduled needed (weekends included)

Pay: The hourly pay range for this position is $19.25–$28.85. The anticipated starting rate is $19.25–$21.00 per hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a premium, frictionless customer experience from first contact through vehicle acquisition
• Facilitate vehicle purchases through our online platform and valuation tools
• Coordinate and manage customer appointments and schedules
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure accurate documentation
• Guide customers step-by-step through the vehicle acquisition process
• Execute required paperwork, including supporting notary responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions with professionalism and urgency
