Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Manager!
Location: 8660 Research Dr, Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full time, Non-Exempt/Hourly
Training Rate: $18 - $22 / hr. Paid Bi-Weekly!
Post Training Rate: Continuous base pay of $16.90 / hour, PLUS uncapped commission on personal sales PLUS a percentage on overall store sales!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
- Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
- Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
- Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
- A skilled communicator and expert listener.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about interior design and customer service.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
