Job Description
Immediate Openings for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift ($23–$39 per hour)
This role is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in foundry, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or diesel mechanics.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in our operations by installing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. The position involves troubleshooting equipment issues, isolating problems, and performing effective repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.
What We Need From You:
Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Strong teamwork skills and a positive approach to assignments
Ability to read and apply shop math, technical drawings, formulas, and precision instruments
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to plan and perform complex tasks
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, twist, and stand throughout the shift
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Reliable attendance in line with company standards
Commitment to safety, including proper use of required PPE (goggles, hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, gloves as needed)

What You'll Do:
Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on production equipment
Use diagnostic tools (PLC feedback, operator screens, vibration, and oil analysis) to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
Interpret schematics, engineering specs, and technical drawings to perform cause-and-effect analysis
Coordinate and perform machine repairs while mentoring maintenance staff in troubleshooting techniques
Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and component replacement plans
Audit repairs and allocate resources effectively to minimize downtime
Research improved components and reliable vendors to enhance equipment performance
Complete accurate documentation, including work orders, PMIs, and inspection logs
Support continuous improvement by contributing to housekeeping, area improvements, and team initiatives
