
Systems Administrator
Job Description
As our Systems Administrator, your primary responsibility is to provide system administration and onsite/remote technical support to users, customers and projects out of our Ottawa offices. The ideal candidate will support standard MDA IT based technology, and technology specific to GSI and Sabre/ AAHATS systems.
The Systems Administrator routinely takes independent actions regarding assigned work. Decisions are typically made within established guidelines. You will act as liaison with field service (external and internal) personnel to identify and resolve system hardware and software problems and escalate or make recommendations to IT or project management, as appropriate, regarding the completion of assigned projects.
