Counselling Supervisor

The Counselling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of camper programs while ensuring a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment for all participants. The role provides leadership, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to Counsellors and MACKs, supporting staff development, performance management, and program quality throughout the summer. Counselling Supervisors are directly involved in daily cabin programming and collaborate with other camp departments to address challenges, maintain communication, and prioritize camper care.
