Clinical Technology Specialist

      Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to join our growing team. Responsible for providing initial and on-going IT Help Desk support (including X-ray machines) for all clinic Team Members either working at the clinics or from home.    How you’ll make us better:   Troubleshoots computer or X-ray related issues in a timely manner Explains technology issues to non-technical clinic staff Troubleshoots Patient Management System issues Sets-up and maintains computer equipment as needed Coordinates with and provides escalation support to the Smile Doctors Help Desk Provides weekly updates to Director, Clinical Technology on tickets/requests   Your special skills:   Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests from non-urgent requests Ability to stay organized Ability to learn quickly Prerequisites for success: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year of previous Support/Help Desk experience required   We saved the best for last.
