Job Description
Responsibilities
- Improve hiring quality by monitoring recruitment funnels, evaluating candidate quality, and identifying gaps in sourcing and screening processes.
- Own and manage rider quality performance by ensuring high standards in hiring, onboarding, and operational readiness.
- Drive lead conversion performance by optimizing follow-ups, recruiter coordination, and applicant engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Monitor and improve new rider retention by analyzing early lifecycle performance, onboarding effectiveness, and operational engagement.
- Track and optimize cost per hire (CPH) while ensuring recruitment targets are achieved efficiently and within budget.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reports related to hiring quality, retention, conversion rates, productivity, and rider performance.
- Analyze operational and recruitment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and hub teams to improve rider quality.
- Ensure process compliance and maintain data accuracy across recruitment and operational systems.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, hiring effectiveness, and rider experience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of hiring campaigns, onboarding activities, and retention initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, recruitment analytics, rider operations, quality management, or workforce management.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, delivery, or gig-economy operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hiring funnels, lead management, conversion tracking, and rider quality metrics.
- Experience in KPI reporting, operational analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data reporting tools for analysis and dashboard management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively across recruitment and operations teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in retention analysis, workforce planning, and operational performance management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
