The hub brings transversal expertise to manage complex projects, drive continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancements.
Within the Bogotá Hub, the Brazil GTN Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting Gross-to-Net (GTN) and financial controlling activities for Brazil. This role partners closely with Finance Business Partners and business leaders, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while driving strong governance and supporting business performance.

Main responsibilities
- Perform operational controlling activities related to sales (Gross-to-Net) and/or operating expenses
- Partner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs to provide seamless support to business leaders
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and communicate results to Finance Business Partners and Budget Owners
- Perform monthly provisions postings and analysis based on business requirements
- Prepare monthly reports and provide variance analysis (actuals vs budget and forecasts)
- Ensure business owners execute against the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, project approvals, and guidance
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial forecasts and performance
- Track key assumptions built into budgets and forecasts
- Review and approve project spend, ensuring proper budgeting and challenging where needed
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal control requirements
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Educate stakeholders on financial policies and processes to ensure compliance
- Challenge legacy ways of working and identify process improvement opportunities
- Promote efficiencies and best practice sharing across the region
- Support key finance initiatives and transformation projects
- Act as Key User during UATs for new system implementations
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to financial transparency and business performance discussions
About you
Experience: Proven experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or similar roles and experience in multinational or shared services environments is a plus.
- Soft & Technical skills: Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge data and provide insights, ability to influence stakeholders and drive discussions, excellent communication skills, proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven, strong business and financial acumen, high level of initiative to address business challenges, ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Languages: English Professional working proficiency (required) and Portuguese desirable
