Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager (Part-Time, 12-Month Contract)

Seeking an experienced & well-rounded Human Resources professional to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This flexible, part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing professional services firm. As a trusted advisor to Partners & Sr. leaders, you will provide practical HR guidance & support across a broad range of people initiatives, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, & HR operations. You will play a key role in fostering positive employee experience while ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs & processes across the firm. The level of the position (Manager or Sr. Manager) will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, leadership capabilities, & overall capabilities.
