Vietnamese only - Technical Adviser - Market based Programing

Under the leadership of the Program Development Manager, the Technical Advisor – Market Based Programming (MBP) provides strategic and technical guidance to strengthen inclusive, market-based and livelihood approaches across Save the Children in Vietnam. The role advances market-based programming as a key pillar for reducing child poverty, enhancing livelihood resilience, and ensuring sustainability, aligned with the Country Strategic Plan and evolving contexts such as climate change, digital transformation, and donor priorities. Working closely with Technical Advisors, the Program Development team, and Project Managers, the post holder integrates market-based approaches across thematic sectors including education, health, child protection, child rights governance, and climate resilience. The Technical Advisor also drives resource mobilization by developing high-quality proposals to secure approximately USD 5 million annually from diverse funding sources.
