Responsibilities:
- Design & articulate an Offering solution or service.
- Solves a relevant need for the target customer segment(s) creating value for them.
- Align & enable the marketing, sales, solutions, operations, and talent groups to effectively commercialize and deliver the Offering
- Execute innovation cycles in close collaboration with Practices/CoEs to experiment and confirm the offers desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Produce reference materials to enable, train, and coach internal stakeholders (salespeople, solution architects, delivery leaders, talent attraction)
- Establish a continuous innovation and improvement process to sustain the offer attractive to customers
- Position the offering with target customers either through forums, events, or individual interactions
- Produce reference materials for external stakeholders: customers, market analysts, advisors, PR, press
- Assess the market forces (client needs/trends, competitors, partners, labor market, substitute solutions) to
- adjust the strategy accordingly
