Certified Cancer Registrar

The Cancer Registrar role is a specialized Health Data Analyst with focus in oncology. The Cancer Registrar works collaboratively to support tactical goals and assist in the development and maintenance of a quality assurance program for cancer services. In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Cancer Registrar identifies and collects abstracts and disseminates oncology data to assist physicians, nurses, clinical care providers and management personnel for developing guidelines, criteria, and clinical indicators which are then applied to measure quality of care.
