Application Management, Senior ABAP consultant

Main Responsibilities:

• Resource preferably has extensive knowledge and experience in at least one module of SAP HR.
• Resource is recognized as an authority and trustworthy source in the area of his domain of SAP HR.
• Resource will be responsible to define, to pursuit and to negotiate the work to be performed in the different phases of project development with the objective to guarantee the correct operation of the applications and a level of optimal performance. 
• Will actively participates in the activities of training and knowledge transfer. 
• Will work in narrow collaboration with other teams of Strada Global to determine the optimal solution.
• Will be responsible for the delivery of quality services from the team, potentially will be managing/supervising.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of ABAP experience and/or Minimum of 5 years of practice in HR Applications and processes
• Experience in HCM is advantage.
• S4/HANA Experience/Certification an advantage
• Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML.
• Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR Application, Processes and Services
• Strong knowledge of and experience with maintenance web bases business process as a service application solution
• Motivation and desire for improvement 
• Commitment to the customer and the company 
• Motivated to achieve excellence. 
• Orientation to the process of continuous improvement 
• The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner.
• Excellent negotiating skills
• A strong understanding of business

• Ability to work with teams in different locations.

• Philippine passport holder (must be valid for the next 6-12 months) and willing/able to travel offshore.
