Are you a compassionate, skilled NP or PA who loves building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients? We are looking for a dedicated Provider to join our tight-knit Internal Medicine team. Located in our vibrant Greenfield clinic - conveniently attached to our state-of-the-art Ascension micro-hospital - this role offers the perfect blend of comprehensive outpatient care with the robust support of a close-by hospital team. Working alongside our supportive Providers, you will be a true partner in our patients' health journeys.

• Join an established team of 5 Family Medicine and 3 Internal Medicine Providers
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Access to full service lab and radiology suite!
• No call required
• Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, collaborating closely with our physician team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Investigate & Diagnose: Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to create clear, effective treatment plans.

• Manage & Document: Actively treat and manage a variety of internal medicine conditions, keeping clear and accurate records of your patients' progress.

• Champion Wellness: Perform routine wellness check-ups, screenings, and immunizations to keep our Greenfield community healthy and thriving.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician Assistant credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience preferred.
