Now Hiring: Automotive Service Manager/ Fixed Ops Manager
We are seeking a proven leader to oversee and elevate our service department at a well-established dealership.
This opportunity for a driven professional who understands what it takes to deliver exceptional client experiences while maximizing profitability, efficiency, and team performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive customer retention through elite-level service and follow-up
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (ELR, CP/RO, hours per RO, CSI, warranty performance)
- Maintain strong manufacturer compliance and operational standards
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and shop productivity
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maximize overall fixed ops performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in a high-line or luxury dealership environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional CSI scores
- Experience managing advanced diagnostic teams and complex repair environments
- Deep knowledge of fixed operations financials and performance reporting
- Leadership style that balances accountability with team development
