As an Executive Chef, you are a passionate culinary leader who inspires your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across every outlet. You lead by example, combining creativity with operational excellence to ensure every dish reflects the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
You oversee all culinary operations, from breakfast service and in-room dining to the restaurant, bar, and high-volume banqueting. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing guest expectations, team development, financial performance, and food safety while creating a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
About you…
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
Experience from a luxury hotel is a strong advantage but not essential.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing kitchen teams.
Experience overseeing multiple service areas, including à la carte dining, breakfast, in-room dining, and high-volume banqueting or events.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional food quality while maintaining consistency across all services.
Experienced in menu development, seasonal planning, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong understanding of food cost control, labour management, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
Ensuring compliance with all Danish food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Building strong relationships with suppliers while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Working closely with operational leaders to deliver seamless service across departments and events.
Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
