Job Description

Bowie ISD is currently accepting applications for a Bus Route Driver. 

Full-Time Position          Class B CDL Required                AM & PM Routes
Plus Benefits                  with P & S Endorsement             Daily

Opportunities to Earn
Driving for Field Trips / Athletic Events / Special Events
 

Pay Scale Set by Experience (AM/PM Routes):

 

  • AM Route (Approximately 2 hours) - 0-14 Years Experience = $55.00
    PM Route (Approximately 2 hours) - 0-14 Years Experience = $55.00

  • Possible Total per Day = $110.00 (An average of $27.50 per hour)

  • AM Route (Approximately 2 hours) - 15+ Years Experience = $60.00
    PM Route (Approximately 2 hours) - 15+ Years Experience = $60.00

  • Possible Total per Day = $120.00 (An average of $30.00 per hour)

  • Annual Pay Between $16,000 - $19,000 (Based on 153 Work Days)
