The Manager, People Success is responsible for leading and managing key transactional and compliance processes executed across the employee life cycle as well as enhancing the employee experience at Blackline. The leader in this role will define a vision for the People Success Center, build core business processes and procedures, and partner with other leaders to leverage HR systems in support of the employee life cycle. Overseeing a team of Shared Service Coordinators who provide customer service to employees addressing their people related inquiries, this leader will create standard procedures and manage to key SLAs.
