Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist FPNA to join our Finance team . As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial reporting and analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights into organizational performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage trend reporting activities to identify key financial patterns, variances, and emerging risks or opportunities.
- Lead data reporting and analytics initiatives to enhance the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of business decisions.
- Drive the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and support periodic forecast reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the Long-Range Plan (LRP) for respective departments, ensuring strategic alignment and sustainability.
- Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying key drivers for gaps and providing clear explanations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in financial data management.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to foster collaboration, influence decision-making, and support business outcomes.
Expected Outcomes:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports that aid in strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Identify and communicate trends and anomalies in financial data to stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by providing actionable insights through analytics.
Required Skills:
Work experience-Must
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance – FP&A
- CA/ MBA with 4 to 6 years experience.
(Skills/Competencies):
- Strong foundational knowledge in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Trend Reporting, and Data Reporting and Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Having a continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility and a good team player
IS experience
- Experience working with an ERP system – SAP/ Oracle experience is a plus
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
