What You Will Do:
- Drive occupancy goals by managing inquiries, building referral relationships, and executing strategic outreach efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, guiding them through the decision-making process
- Conduct personalized tours showcasing living options, services, and amenities across Western Home Communities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to strengthen community partnerships and referral networks in the Iowa City area
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage the full admissions process, including qualification, documentation, and communication with prospective residents
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and waitlists using CRM systems (SHERPA)
- Coordinate move-in logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents
- Build strong relationships with residents and families before, during, and after move-in to ensure satisfaction
- Represent Western Home Communities professionally at local events, presentations, and within the Iowa City community
What Is Required:
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- (Preferred) Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, or senior living
- Nursing/Social work experience helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking ability
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with residents, families, and referral partners
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with computers and CRM systems preferred
- Valid Iowa driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
