Surgery Scheduler

Coordinates the patient’s surgery to include: making reservations at the hospital, arranging anesthesia, communicates with PCP offices, coordinates with vendors of surgical devices/implants representatives and surgical assistants, providing the necessary education, instructions, and paperwork, and confirming all steps with all parties before the surgery date. Has knowledge of insurances and commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
