For our Life Sciences – Pharma & Personal Care division, we are looking for a committed individual to join as a Sales Support Specialist.

The Role

The Sales Support Specialist – Pharma and Personal Care is an office-based point of contact for Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Biotech sectors - specifically clean room environments and their manufacturing facilities. The role combines customer support with a strong sales orientation, including account set-up, handling enquiries and complaints, and managing pricing, quotations, and tenders. It supports product communication, technical and quality documentation, and customer requests, while coordinating with Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure timely responses and order fulfilment. The specialist also manages compliance-related processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The position reports to the European Sales Support Manager.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update customer, product, and territory data across the ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and annual planning processes, contributing to sales performance and reporting.

  • Manage customer and company communications, including product updates, quality notifications, and key documentation.

  • Coordinate sample requests, new product and vendor set-ups, and support commercial activities.

  • Generate and support sales and margin analysis reports in collaboration with Finance.

  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and team documentation, including safety and training records.

  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and preparation of materials for customer and internal engagements.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Scientific background in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.

  • Previous experience in a sales support function, preferably in chemical sales and/or manufacturing organisations.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Excellent planning & organizational skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize multiple projects with strong follow-through and organizational skills.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. 

  • Fluent Greek and English communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish and Italian are desirable.
