- Manage a global portfolio of mid-market accounts, leading all sales efforts from initial qualification through to contracting.
- Identify key personas within target accounts and craft tailored messaging that resonates.
- Connect EZRA’s solutions to client goals, clearly articulating value and differentiating us from competitors.
- Set account strategies, map contacts, and develop a deep understanding of client objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales OKRs and quotas while driving growth opportunities.
- Oversee renewals and partner on expansion sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Project manage onboarding from contract close to launch, collaborating with internal teams and advising on best practices for adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client partners, including regular touchpoints and quarterly/annual reviews.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success, managing complex client relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in prospecting, responding to inbound requests, and delivering demos.
- Experience in HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D is highly desirable.
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Creative in identifying target personas and crafting personalized outreach.
- Comfortable being “in the market” with clients and driving engagement.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
