Job Overview
The role supports the development of Chinachem Group’s CRM programme, working closely with the Assistant CRM Manager and Senior CRM Manager on routine communications management and end to end execution of marketing programmes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of member acquisition, engagement, communication, and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
- Support marketing campaign execution by coordinating with internal business units and external agencies.
- Provide data entry and content management support for the CRM backend systems and CMS across the mobile app, website, and other assigned channels.
- Collaborate with the design team and external agencies to develop effective and visually appealing POSM materials, including posters, banners, tent cards, foamboards, standees, and digital screens.
- Support programme performance analysis and prepare campaign KPI reports.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks for promotional campaigns and recruitment events.
- Assist in monitoring marketing expenses and ensure spending is aligned with the assigned budget.
- Provide administrative, housekeeping, and ad‑hoc support to the CRM Marketing team and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing communications. Prior experience in CRM, loyalty programmes, or leasing marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and professional in presentation.
- Possesses a strong sense of design, with the ability to develop and communicate clear and effective creative briefs to designers. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
