Manufacturing Engineer - Precision Grinding/Bearings

RBC Bearings Aircraft Products, Inc. located in Torrington, CT. is seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the design of production tools and /or machines and for developing solutions to support the bearing manufacturing process. A major responsibility is to improve existing manufacturing processes by increasing machine capability while at the same time maintaining quality standards. This individual will also have responsibility for floor layouts as well as costing and obtaining quotes. The incumbent is responsible for supporting new programs by developing new processes, designing tooling and machinery and developing production controls.
