Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Act as business partner with hiring managers to understand hiring specifics and needs, define job requirements and business expectations
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business partnership
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in automated recruiting systems, MS Office
- Previous experience in SAP Success Factors Recruiting would be considered an advantage
- Experience with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in budget management will be considered an advantage
