Job Summary
The Manager (Membership) drives integrated marketing, communications and publicity initiatives to strengthen awareness, engagement and value of the PAssion Membership Programme. The role develops and executes member-centric campaigns across multiple communication channels, manages digital marketing platforms and content, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the member experience and support PA's community-building objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns to promote the PAssion Membership Programme and drive member awareness, engagement and participation.
Plan, manage and optimise PAssion Membership communication channels, including social media, EDMs, website and other digital platforms, ensuring timely, relevant and engaging content.
Conceptualise and produce marketing content, publicity materials, newsletters and campaign assets in collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies and partners.
Drive member engagement through promotions, contests, events and campaigns that strengthen the value proposition of the PAssion Membership Programme.
Collaborate with PA divisions, government agencies and commercial partners to coordinate integrated marketing initiatives and maximise outreach across communication platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to optimise communications effectiveness.
Support the enhancement and implementation of digital communication platforms and systems, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollout of new features.
Manage marketing-related procurement and budgets, including agency management, procurement exercises and contract administration, in accordance with PA's financial policies.
Prepare reports, communication plans and management updates, and provide guidance to contract staff or project teams where required.
Keep abreast of emerging marketing, communications and digital engagement trends, recommending innovative approaches to strengthen the PAssion Membership Programme.

What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, membership management or related fields.
Technical Competencies
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills across digital and offline channels.
- Experience managing digital communication platforms, including websites, social media and EDMs.
- Good project management, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Experience managing social media agencies, creative vendors or marketing partners.
- Experience in public sector, membership programmes or customer engagement initiatives.
- Willingness to support events and campaigns outside normal office hours when required.
