Job Description

This role is open to Vietnamese candidates only.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and development of the Process Management function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization. 
  • Analyze, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Design, deploy, and continuously enhance process management systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Monitor, measure, and report key process performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are achieved. 
  • Lead and implement Continuous Improvement and Lean projects, driving measurable results in Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SSQDC).
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and best practice sharing across departments.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with regional and global teams.
  • Conduct periodic audits (e.g., 5S, waste walk) to ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Support strategic meetings and contribute to the development and execution of operational strategies. 
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in process management and/or Lean manufacturing. Experience with electromechanical products (e.g., connectors, cable assemblies, wiring harness) is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, TPM).
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good English communication and written.
