Grants Accountant

The Grants Accountant supports The Mustard Seed’s grant administration by providing financial oversight across grant-funded activities. This role ensures compliance with funding agreements, maintains accurate financial records, performs financial analysis, and prepares timely reports for leadership and funders. Working closely with Finance, internal teams, and external funders, the role helps align budgets, expenditures, and reporting with program needs while supporting strong financial stewardship and the sustainability of grant-funded programs.
