What will you do in this role?

As a Global Strategic Account (GSA) Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across key multinational customers in Mexico. You will develop and expand strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities across multiple sites, and lead complex commercial engagements.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, with a strong focus on customer-facing activities and field execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Global Strategic Accounts

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels (local and global)

  • Identify and develop business opportunities across different customer sites and regions

  • Lead complex sales processes, negotiations, and commercial strategies

  • Expand business footprint by leveraging success across customer locations

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline through Salesforce and regular opportunity reviews

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets

What are we looking for?

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales managing large, strategic or multinational accounts

  • Experience working with complex, multi-site customers or global accounts

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across different organizational levels

  • Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership

  • High availability to travel (up to ~80% of the time) and be actively in the field with customers

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as:

    • Packaging (flexible packaging, carton, bottling, etc.)

    • Industrial equipment or machinery

  • Experience in matrix organizations

  • Engineering or Business degree

  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Work model & location:

  • Field-based role with flexibility
