Master Planner – Global Active Ingredients Supply
📍 Warsaw, Poland
Play a key role in enabling global supply decisions for a critical portfolio.
This is a temporary position for 18 months.
We are looking for an experienced Master Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Planning team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support supply planning for our Diamides portfolio in a fast-moving, complex environment with frequent shifts in demand and supply conditions.
You will be part of a team of ~9 planners in a highly visible global setup, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, and manufacturing sites.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain the global supply plan across a 36-month horizon
- Develop and assess planning scenarios to evaluate trade-offs between demand, supply, and constraints
- Identify supply risks and provide analytical insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between supply plans and business priorities
- Contribute to inventory projections and allocation processes
- Provide transparency on supply outlook, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
What You Bring
- Experience in supply planning within a complex, international environment
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in scenario planning and problem-solving
- Good Excel capabilities
- ERP experience (SAP preferred); SAP IBP is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent English
