The Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Insights is responsible for the development of actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This role must translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence business outcomes, connecting business strategy, insights, and storytelling.   Through partnership across functional teams, this role fosters understanding of business challenges, designs intuitive dashboards, and delivers insights that inform strategy and operations. In particular, this role focuses on guest data to identify opportunities and support marketing activation.
