Job Description

Aqovia is seeking a proactive and well-connected Talent Scout to support a national-level LMS initiative. This role focuses on identifying high-potential STEM Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) students and onboarding them onto a digital learning platform. You will work closely with universities, education departments, and marketing teams to drive student participation. The position requires strong outreach capabilities and ecosystem awareness. Success will be measured by quality pipeline development and onboarding targets. This is a high-impact role contributing to digital skill development at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top STEM students from universities and technical institutes

  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of high-potential candidates

  • Coordinate with universities and education departments to access student networks

  • Promote and onboard students onto the LMS platform

  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted student outreach campaigns

  • Organize campus engagement activities, sessions, and awareness drives

  • Track conversion metrics and optimize outreach strategies

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline strength and onboarding progress

Skills and Experience

  • Strong connections within universities or student communities in Pakistan

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage large datasets/pipelines of candidates

  • Experience in running outreach or engagement campaigns

  • Results-driven with the ability to meet defined targets

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on education, EdTech, or LMS platforms

  • Exposure to government or public-sector initiatives

  • Familiarity with STEM disciplines and tech talent landscapes

  • Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams

  • Event management or campus engagement experience

  • Understanding of digital platforms, AI, or emerging technologies
