We are seeking an Analyst (Sr. Consultant) to support the Latam Solutions strategy definition, tracking, and alignment. It will play a key role in articulating links with different areas such as Finance, Strategy and Planning, Sales, Product Teams, and the Solutions HQ COE to design, deploy and implement key projects accross the region.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of product management or project management  experience with demonstrated skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Iengineering, Business Administration, alike
• Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, for internal and external audiences
• Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, for internal and external audiences
• Number-driven and Analytical approach to problem solving
• Project Management capabilities
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Impact You'll Make:

Support the Solutions CPO and Emerging Solutions in key initiatives.
Create compelling content for internal and external audiences
Partner with Product, S&P, Finance, to design and deploy strategic initatives.
Liaise with global functions for strategic Solutions purposes.
Perform analysis and reporting functions

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
