  • Translate product vision and platform strategy into clear team-level deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and across pods to gather input and provide coordination support for delivery.

  • Interaction with the client directly to manage IBOR requirements.

  • Participate in user research, IBOR analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform product planning.

  • Managing product backlogs by drafting user stories, refining requirements, and prioritizing upcoming work with guidance from the PO.

  • Support client onboarding activities, ensuring client requirements are translated into business asks and compared to BNYs standard operating model.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates with relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Support preparation and facilitation of sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure user stories include necessary acceptance criteria and reflect user needs accurately.

  • Contribute to the commercial development of the business via new business conversations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and IBOR considerations relevant to Middle Office and the use of workflow, reporting, and analytics tools to improve service and risk outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the accounting treatment, life cycle – including Corporate Actions and valuation methodology for all financial instrument types; and the ability to articulate the same.
  • Experienced in supporting client delivery within a pod or team environment, helping translate client/business priorities into clear requirements, contributing to backlog refinement, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, managing dependencies, and supporting improvements across IBOR-related workflows and controls.
