Responsibilities include: Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and workforce partnerships Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback from stakeholders Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience 📋 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office ✅ Preferred Experience: Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments Experience with Ceridian Dayforce Start your next chapter with Mustang Cat as a Recruiter—and play a key role in building the teams that power our service, parts, and operational success.
