ANTICIPATED Elementary Teacher

Grade Levels: 3rd�5th Grade (Assignment TBD)
Content Areas: Reading/Language Arts and/or Mathematics
 

City View ISD is seeking a motivated and student-focused Elementary Teacher for an anticipated opening in grades 3�5. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students build strong foundational skills in reading and/or math and is committed to supporting academic growth for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction in reading and/or math
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Monitor student progress using assessments and data
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and campus staff
• Communicate effectively with families
• Support district curriculum and instructional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (Elementary EC�6 or appropriate certification)
• Strong instructional skills in literacy and/or mathematics
• Effective classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to use data to guide instruction
