This role sits at the intersection of fashion, design operations, and generative AI adoption, helping creative and product teams successfully onboard and scale usage of an advanced AI design platform. You will guide customers through hands-on training, enablement, and workflow integration so they can move from concept to production-ready outputs more efficiently. The position is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, real-world fashion use cases. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to improve onboarding experiences and resolve adoption barriers. This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment where feedback loops directly shape product improvements.
