What You'll Be Doing:
Providing comprehensive medical and safety monitoring for assigned projects.
Developing expert clinical development strategies, including protocol design and regulatory submissions.
Offering strategic medical and scientific guidance to project teams across all departments.
Supporting business development by providing expert input on RFPs, attending client meetings, and leveraging client relationships.
Reviewing and providing feedback on medical and scientific documents, including those from our medical writing department.
Mentoring, training, and providing therapeutic guidance to our staff to ensure operational efficiency.
What We Are Searching For:
Medical degree plus board certification in Dermatology required.
Expert-level knowledge in Dermatology and clinical development preferred.
Previous experience of working in a CRO environment is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $200,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
