The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Support Team. IBCS provides Command/Control and Integrated Fire Control capabilities for a distributed Air and Missile Defense Enterprise. The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. In this role, the Logistics Management Analyst will ensure the creations and execution of standard logistics processes including the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions are executed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary role will be the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) database administrator
Creating and maintaining COLTS training and user manuals
Establish and maintain business practices that ensure asset accountability and visibility
Laisse with government counterparts for physical sparing facilities at IBCS fielded locations
Support the inputs to inventory CDRLs
Serve as a technical consultant to management regarding logistics policies, plans, and objectives
Provide oversight into specialized tasks such as work order management for field repairs by opening work orders for Field Service Representatives (FSR), updating during repair activities and cycles, and closing work orders at the completion of repair activities
Utilize available data to support predictive analysis for future sparing
Collects and reports technical data, metrics, and status of operations
Attend boards and meetings to track the disposition of materials
Provides specialized expertise while operating information management systems to maintain records and provide status and reporting
Represents the organization as a prime contact to customer counterpart
Develops and deliver presentations to program and customer leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Level 3 Minimum experience: 10 years with high school diploma or GED; 6 years with a Bachelor’s degree; 4 years with a Masters
Level 4 Minimum experience: 12 years with a high school diploma or GED; 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; 6 years with a Masters
Understanding of the material replenishment system and technical attributes of supply management
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a database administrator
Must have an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced level knowledge of the COLTS database
IUID compliance, marking, and processes
Experience with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
Experience providing risk management and guidance
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Bi desktop
