Front Desk Ambassador – Harrah’s Laughlin
Must be 18 years of age or older
We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature Family‑Style Service.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status
- Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures
- File and retrieve registration forms during check‑in and check‑out
- Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
- Assist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds
- Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support front‑of‑house operations
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
- Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
