Focusing on the goal of adding value through information technology, you will learn how to ask the right questions, build professional relationships, and drive solutions. You will be exposed to technical and business processes across various functional groups throughout different lines of businesses. 

All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

  • Get experience in translating business problems and opportunities into technical solutions through working in a team environment acting as the liaison between the business and development
  • Assist in gathering business requirements for technical solutions
  • Support communications and reporting to internal teams and various business areas
  • Exposure to various business areas and their respective responsibilities, processes, etc
  • Job shadowing opportunities and establishment of mentor relationships
  • Successful application of business analyst tools, such as business process mapping, project charters, requirement gathering, etc
  • Training and experience in multiple industry technologies, including but not limited to: Tableau, Sharepoint, Clarity, and Azure DevOps
  • Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program, business or computer science preferred 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Curiosity, drive for excellence and deep interest in technology
