Project Role Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Role Purpose

The WWB Program Evaluation & eLearning Intern will support the Responsible Sourcing team over an 8‑week period by:

  • Evaluating the success and lessons learned from WWB Phase 1
  • Analyzing baseline and endline assessment results, including qualitative feedback from participating factories
  • Reviewing, refining, and finalizing four existing Human Rights eLearning courses
  • Reviewing, translating 28 existing short social compliance courses, as well as four Human Rights courses from English into Bengali
  • Converting finalized content into iSpring (no prior iSpring experience required)
  • Supporting upload of courses to the Responsible Sourcing eLearning Academy platform

This role combines program evaluation, training content refinement, and practical implementation in a global supply chain context.

Scope of eLearning Content (4 Courses)

The intern will work with existing draft content for the following Human Rights eLearning courses at factory level:

Introduction to Human Rights Identifying Salient Human Rights Issues via Saliency Analysis Developing a Human Rights Statement Executing and Reporting on Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)

These courses are intended to support factories in embedding Human Rights and WWB expectations in line with Kontoor’s long‑term goals.

Job Duties:

WWB Phase 1 Evaluation

  • Review WWB Phase 1 objectives, scope, and implementation approach
  • Assess program effectiveness using documentation, assessment results, and factory feedback
  • Identify key successes, challenges, and lessons learned

Baseline & Endline Assessment Analysis

  • Analyze baseline and endline assessment data
  • Review and synthesize endline feedback received from participating factories
  • Identify trends, improvements, gaps, and areas requiring further support
  • Link assessment findings to training effectiveness and program design

eLearning Content Review & Finalization

  • Review existing draft Human Rights eLearning content for the four courses
  • Refine content for clarity, relevance, and alignment with:
  • Human Rights due diligence expectations
  • WWB objectives and dimensions
  • Incorporate insights from assessment results and factory feedback

eLearning Conversion & Platform Support

  • Convert finalized course content into iSpring (training provided; no prior experience required)
  • Support uploading and organizing courses within the Responsible Sourcing eLearning Academy
  • Ensure courses are complete, consistent, and ready for supplier rollout

Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare summary materials, reports, and slide decks
  • Present progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders

Skills for Success:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Strong academic performance with a focus on research and practical application.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety protocols and labor compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
  • Good English and Bengali reading and writing skills.
