Treasury Analyst - fixed term contract

Verisk is seeking a driven Treasury Analyst to join its Corporate Treasury team in Kraków. In this role, you will work closely with the international Corporate Treasury team to provide high-quality treasury support to Verisk’s business units and management team, helping to ensure efficient and effective treasury operations across the organization.

• Manage payment processing activities (manual and automated), ensuring compliance with company procedures and approval requirements.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity management and decision-making.
• Execute funding activities, including intercompany transactions.
• Investigate and resolve treasury and banking queries, providing support to internal and external stakeholders (including contact with bank representatives).
• Perform monthly FX testing to ensure accurate exchange rates and accounting treatment.
• Maintain bank mandates, banking records, and audit-ready documentation in line with internal controls.
• Review proofs of payment and resolve rejected, returned, or failed transactions.
• Monitor bank statement completeness and maintain accurate treasury reporting.
• Manage the team mailbox and ServiceNow queue, ensuring requests are handled within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Support treasury projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

• Previous experience in an international treasury environment; exposure to intercompany (IC) netting processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with banking platform and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion would be an asset).
• Strong documentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and diligent in execution.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, curious, and resilient approach.
• Collaborative team player with a strong focus on shared goals and business outcomes.
